I’ve had a great experience working with Perfect Care Nursing Agency. I started in November as a caregiver (1:1 companionship) and since January, I’ve been working as a Registered Practical Nurse with them. From the hiring process to ongoing support, everything has been smooth, professional, and well-organized. The agency truly values its staff by providing fair opportunities, timely communication, and a respectful work environment. I especially appreciate Parminder Sir’s clear communication and genuine concern, Prabhjot Sir’s encouragement and advocacy, and Amrit Ma’am’s constant support in all nursing-related aspects. I’d also like to recognize the whole team, especially Lovepreet from scheduling, who always ensures clear communication, flexibility, and well-planned shifts. The coordination and responsiveness of the team really make a difference in day-to-day work.
