Perley seems to be a great facility, with caring staff and volunteers. My only concerns are the difficulty of finding one's way around as a visitor (many entrances for different purposes), and the sometimes very long walk to get where you need to be (difficult for those who are trying to maintain their usual level of independence but can't walk for long distances. There are so many activities going on here at any given time, including a neat Intergenerational Playgroup that allows children 0-6 years to meet and play with "grandfriends" in the games room.

Poor management, if your loved ones need one on one care DO NOT put them in this facility. Short staffed which is extremely unsafe. Over worked staff , management have no sympathy towards their staff, only select few. Most of the time management is on vacation and cant get in touch with.

Had an incredible experience in the convalescent area after my mother broke a bone. Incredible care, physio, nurse practitioners, psw's. All great, and the building is awesome with so many engaging activities to do. Thank you to Greg, Lisa, Neftalie and so many others who helped my mom recover!
