My parents recently moved into this long-term care facility, and I truly cannot express how grateful I am for the kindness and compassion shown by the staff. From the very beginning, everyone has been welcoming, patient, caring, and genuinely supportive during what has been a very emotional transition for our family. The staff treat residents with dignity and respect, and it’s clear they truly care about the people living there. Knowing that both of my parents are in a safe, supportive, and compassionate environment gives me tremendous peace of mind. Thank you to all the nurses, PSWs, social worker(s), support staff, and everyone involved for the incredible work you do every day. Your kindness does not go unnoticed, and our family deeply appreciates it.

Without a doubt, Carleton Lodge is a very well run Long Term Care Facility. My wife is not only taken care of in every way but she and the other residents of the Dementia ward are truly loved by the nurses and PSWs. They are like family to me. All the staff, including reception, the Tuck Shop, the Activities, cleaning, kitchen, physiotherapists and maintenance are always performing their duties efficiently and with smiling faces. The Lodge is always very clean and there are plenty of common areas where you can take your loved ones to for visits or the have a meal with. In the summer there are wheel chair swings, pathways and gardens to enjoy. Carleton Lodge is surrounded by nature and is right beside the Jock river which will soon have an upgrade to include more accessibility. Entertainment is a regular occurrence with musicians, petting zoos, animal visits and much more. Thank-you to the manager Yves Pilon and all the wonderful staff. ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️

thank you so much to the staff at Carlton Lodge for their kindness and empathy in providing such a high standard of care. my papa spent two years here with late stage dementia, we are so grateful to find a long term care facility that went above and beyond in providing him with the care he needed, and in making him feel valued and comfortable.
