I I had the pleasure of working with Maxine, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The way she treated me always felt like a mother—kind, caring, and supportive. She treats her employees like family, with genuine respect, trust, and constant motivation. I have so much to say about my time with her, but honestly, words can't fully express how grateful and emotional I feel about the experience. 100 % recommend this place God bless you, maxine, and team .

We have been utilizing Maxine and her awesome staff since Jan 2020. They staff have been fabulous with helping my grandfather who has Dementia, Her patience and understanding of dementia is excellent. She has ensured that the highest safety protocols have been followed during the pandemic. She is passionate about her job and helping people and it shows thru her staff as well. The past year has been challenging on many levels and Preferred Personal Care has made life a lot easier for this caregiver!

Maxine and the staff of Preferred Personal Care have put my mind at ease so I can work without worry. Especially in light of current concerns reported by healthcare and media, PPC staff are maintaining the highest standards. Reporting is consistent and brief. They are interested to know my senior and to engage her memories. I would recommend PPC without hesitation.
