I had such a wonderful experience with Prestiva Home Care. We brought them in to provide one-on-one care for my uncle while he was living in a retirement home, and the level of compassion and professionalism they showed was truly exceptional. The care coordinator was absolutely amazing to work with. She took the time to meet with me personally and really get to know my uncle, his personality, his interests, and his life story. It meant so much to see how intentional she was in making sure her staff could connect with him in a meaningful and personal way. You can truly tell that Prestiva Home Care has a heart for people, especially those living with dementia. Their team goes beyond basic care, they bring kindness, dignity, and connection into every interaction. I would highly recommend Prestiva Home Care to anyone looking for thoughtful, reliable, and compassionate care for a loved one.
