All they want is your money charge for everything. Girls are lazy and to busy gossiping at front desk. Take your loved ones to a home that cares

I stayed here for a week following surgery and needed 24/7 for a week. What a great experience. The suite was perfect for my needs and had all of the amenities I required. Three meals a day of good, healthy choices were great. The staff is what I will remember for their personal, caring interactions. From Andi and Brett to Sandra, Julie, Olivia, Darlene, Lindsay and Garrett, it was such a pleasure to see the professionalism and caring making my week long stay feel like spending time with family.

My mother just stayed at Chartwell Retirement Residence in Belleville, Ontario for just under a month for respite to allow my husband and me to take a vacation. From the first contact to her departure today, we were all made to feel very comfortable and extremely welcome. The staff from the management to all the employees are very professional. Coming from a long Hospitality career, I applaud them for their care, sensitivity and positive attitude. The room, activities, food and her table mates made her stay very comfortable and enjoyable, for which we are grateful. We would not hesitate in recommending Chartwell Bayview Retirement Residence to other families.
