  We are immensely grateful to have found Lori and her team at Qualicare to help us navigate a changing and complex medical situation in a family member. To my relief and surprise, even before we had signed a service agreement, Lori 'jumped in' - very ably assisting us to navigate discharge planning following a lengthy hospital stay. To that process, without bias or pressure, Lori brought clinical acumen developed through her years of nursing practice. This was instrumental in helping us decide to proceed, post discharge, with a home care arrangment rather than institutional care. Fast forward 3 mo. to present day and I can say that we continue to feel supported and impressed with the quality of care our family is receiving. When issues arise or adjustments are required, Lori and her team are accessible, responsive and collaborative - consistently demonstrating understanding and consideration toward both the patient and family, but also the caregivers who provide the serivce. To the Qualicare team - Lori, Derritt, Wendy, Jessica, Brooke, Chelsea, Kristen and others, thank you from all of our family. You all have been immensely helpful, skilled, caring and thorough. Qualicare's unwavering support has made a difficult situation much easier to manage.

  Qualicare came through for my family at the very last minute, in a time of great need. I called them the day before my grandmothers funeral, desperately looking for a caregiver to support my grandfather the following day at his wife’s funeral. It was incredibly last minute as we were not pre-existing clients, but somehow Qualicare organized a wonderful caregiver named Faye who picked up my grandfather, stayed close by during the funeral/reception in case he needed support, and brought him back home. The mental weight that was lifted off our family in a time of need was immeasurable, and we could not be more grateful to Faye and the Qualicare team for their approach to care. I have already been referring my family and friends and will continue to do so.

  Angeleena is providing wonderful care to my mom while also helping my dad out. Lori was also very kind and helpful in getting us set up for care for my mom who has dementia. I feel relief knowing that my parents have someone who is kind helping them out. I would highly suggest if you are looking for care for anyone to check out Qualicare.
