We had the pleasure of working with Queenston Retirement Home on a recent project, and the experience was nothing short of wonderful. The staff are incredibly. They truly care about creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for their residents. It is clear that the heart of this facility is the amazing team behind it. Queenston Retirement Home is such a special place. From the moment we walked in, it felt warm, cozy, and like home. The staff are amazing—so kind, friendly, and truly caring. They treat my mom with so much love and respect, and it means the world to us. The whole place feels like a big family, and that makes all the difference. We’re so happy with the care my mom is getting. If you’re looking for a safe and caring place for your loved one, I highly recommend Queenstown Retirement Home.

My uncle stayed at Queenston Retirement Home for a while, and we were really happy with how he was treated. The staff were kind, patient, and always made him feel comfortable. The place had a nice, homey feel, always super clean and it gave us real peace of mind knowing he was in good hands.
