they rarely answer the phones and half the time they hang up on you. my grandmother stays there and shes had a few incidents that have made me question if this truly is the safest place for her.

My sister, Christine has been a resident at Regency park for about five years now. My mother Fran recently moved in about three months ago and this changed both their lives. I cannot say enough to Britney and all the staff which I’m sorry too many to mention what you have done for them and our family, every single one of you! Every employee has their own job there, but they all go above and beyond and treat them like they are their family. They constantly ask my mom and sister and I am sure all the other residence about their needs or anything that they can change to make their stay more comfortable. I have not seen my mother look this good in a very long time. They also allow my sister who is the youngest resident get involved as much as she is allowed to. There is always activities going on which I felt my mom would never be interested in. She gets involved in everything and has made a few new friends I just want to thank Regency again for everything they have done and I would definitely recommend this facility if you want your love ones to receive genuine care.
