I would give it 0 stars if possible. I was there to do cluster care to get residents ready for bed. It was run down and dirty. I left my boots at the front door but had to take my coat and bag room to room. At my last room the elderly woman said to me " make sure you brush yourself off good." I asked why she then told me they had bed bugs. Had I known I would have taken more precautions. They should be letting the agencies know this.
