Just like family! More than just homecare is provided. We have been able to get so much advice and other contacts for additional needs. We would highly recommend them! May 2026 We have recently lost a very beloved family member. Safehaven has helped us make the very best of a bad situation.... With such loving care, emotional support and maintaining the utmost dignity for our loved one. No matter what or when we needed help, the PSW staff was the very best at their job. We had such great confidence with everyone involved. Karen was always checking in to see how things were going and how the rest of the family were managing. We cannot thank you all enough!

My family hired Safehaven Home Care Services to support my mom while she was in the hospital and I honestly can’t say enough good things about them. Their caregiver was professional, kind and genuinely attentive—exactly the calm, steady presence our family needed when we couldn’t be with my mom overnight. Sheila, my mom's caregiver, treated my mom with real dignity and respect, kept her comfortable, and made sure she was never left feeling alone or anxious. Communication with our family was also excellent, which gave us so much peace of mind. If you’re looking for reliable, compassionate support for a loved one in hospital, I would highly recommend this agency. They made a difficult time feel a little lighter, and we’re truly grateful.
