Intake appt was warm and comprehensive, details and expectations around fees were clear, communication by phone and email were excellent, HCAs who we received were lovely and good match for our needs. Thank you for your support in this season of life for our family :)

I am so grateful to Saige for their assistance when my husband had a fall last summer. All the care givers were compassionate, friendly and eager to help. I’m not sure how we would have navigated that very stressful time without the prompt, efficient service from the Saige team.

Our mother received exceptional care and kindness from the team at Saige during her final months. Saige’s support and dedication made a profound difference to our mother’s comfort and dignity, and to our family as we navigated a very difficult time. We would recommend Saige to anyone requiring home care. The staff - care givers, nurses, and office staff were compassionate and professional and rose to meet each daily challenge. They were flexible with last minute schedule changes, meetings with various healthcare providers, and changes in our mom’s condition. Nurses were always ready to answer any questions we had and contacted family with any concerns that the caregivers expressed. Caregivers attended to her daily needs gently and respectfully and always had encouraging and caring words and brightened up our mom’s day.. Mom wanted to be independent as long as possible and we are deeply grateful for the way, with the support of Saige, that her wish was fulfilled. There were many day-to-day caregivers helping, but Neora and Bonny stand out for their daily service and within a short time we felt as if they were a trusted part of our family. When Mom passed, Mehak was on shift, and she handled things professionally and responsibly and we were comforted to know our mom was not alone in her final moments. From our first contact with Saige until Mom’s passing, this was as positive an end-of-life care as any family could ask for. Thank you, Sandra and Armand and family
