At first I was under the impression it was managed by St Paul’s Church, It is NOT. The PSWs, regular staff, residences are warm and concerned. Location awesome! Very Grateful to have landed here. Challenging when addressing the executives and directors, about standards and policies. Such potential 🙏 Update: I have discovered some political privileges to this senior housing project, that is very questionable in its operations.

Unable to deliver/ drop off a small parcel to a tenant on Monday 3pm. Nobody is at the counter.

Very poor experience. The service failed to pick up a senior who was scheduled for transport, and no one bothered to call or provide an update. When contacted, the staff were rude and dismissive, even trying to justify their lack of professionalism instead of taking responsibility. Leaving a senior stranded with no notice is completely unacceptable. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
