My husband was at Sunnyside for just over a year, on Shantz Hill. As expected, the initial few weeks were very difficult for him, but the staff and other residents welcomed him with open arms. He soon got involved in some activities, which he loved, especially the Pub Nights!! As he declined, the staff cared for him so well, and he expressed his gratitude to them many times. I, too, thank Shantz Hill staff for the genuine care and respect given to him. Thank you!

Has a family member who has lived there for two years now, through the pandemic. I cannot thank the staff enough for the excellent care they have provided for the residents, and the peace of mind they gave family members.

Mom is in Sunnyside LTC Home with dementia. The staff here are wonderful, caring and professional. Mom is looked after extremely well. The entertainment provided is fantastic. Mom has painted pictures and we never knew she could paint. The facilites are very clean and comfortable. The food is delicious. The RPN PSW and Admin staff are very passionate and treat Mom as if she was their family. There is no better place for Mom to live. I highly recommend Sunnyside to anyone who needs to find a home.
