We visited Sunrise to look into moving our family member from another residence, and were impressed with the level of care offered. Monique, the director of sales, took a personal interest in her welfare, made several visits to visit her in her former residence, and really went the extra mile to make sure all options were explored and that her move would be effortless for her. We cannot thank her enough for her dedication to our family's well-being.

I recently visited Sunrise of Thornhill as a musical entertainer, and it was such a wonderful experience! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Staffs were great, professional, helpful, and clearly dedicated to creating a vibrant environment for the residents. A special shout-out to Bianca, who was absolutely lovely! She went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up perfectly and that the residents were comfortable. The seniors were so engaging, dancing and singing along and truly participating in the music. It’s clear that the team here does a fantastic job of keeping everyone spirited and active. Highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a place that feels like home!

My father is a resident here and we have been very happy with the level of care and consideration taken to ensure his transition into the home was seamless. We worked with Monique when my father moved in and she was fantastic. She provided an exceptional level of customer service from our first call until well after my father moved in. Monique is fantastic at what she does and will go above and beyond to make sure your family member is happy and supported during their transition into Sunrise.
