It has been a year since we moved into Terravale and both my husband and I are very happy and pleased we made the move. With a clean and bright main living area to our lovely 2 bedroom apartment it has been the right choice. Whenever issue’s arose their efficient staff resolved them promptly. We like the social events, whether you want to join one or a few there is something for everyone. We’ve been fortunate to meet some lovely people. Overall, we highly recommend this Can-der 55+ community.

We have enjoyed living at Terra Vale since the opening and love it here. The building is beautiful, quiet and well kept. Our apartment is bright open and a pleasant place to live. There is a sense of community with numerous activities with something for everyone. You can choose how involved you want to be or not. The staff is kind and helpful making you feel at home. Our dog, Khico loves Shauna and all her hugs, back rubs and special treats. We are happy to call Terra Vale our home.

Norman and I moved from detached dwellings in which we had lived for over fifty years while bringing up our two sons. We knew moving to apartment living would be a big change for us and we were prepared and ready for that. We moved in with the full support of our family in August 2025 and absolutely love it here. The apartment building is.beautiful and kept very clean. The residents who we meet regularly for various activities are friendly and caring. All this is made even better by Shauna who loves our animals, including our cat Dr. Pepper. She always has a welcoming smile and a kind word for everyone. It is a new building so there will always be a few challenges, but we have settled well, including Dr. Pepper and we enjoy our new lifestyle at Terra Vale.
