We found that TheKey was a good choice for our elderly father. Gloria was a great Homecare person who went over and above doing extra chores and tasks that we asked her to take on. It was greatly appreciated Would recommend her!

I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care my dad received from The Key. From the very first day, their team displayed professionalism, compassion, and dedication. They treated my dad not just as a client, but as a beloved family member. The caregivers were incredibly attentive and always went above and beyond to ensure he was comfortable and engaged. They helped with daily activities, provided companionship, and were always there to lend an ear. It was such a relief to know he was in such capable hands. Communication with the management was seamless, and they regularly checked in to ensure that everything was going smoothly and Nancy went above and beyond to help ensure there was staff even with last minute requests. I highly recommend The Key o anyone in need of private home care. They truly make a difference in the lives of their clients and their families! Thank you for everything! Tom

My family and I have been working with TheKey for over two years now. Prior to that, we had employed another agency to care for our aging grandmother. We find that our care manager, Brian, is well equipped to deal with our family's evolving needs. Furthermore, their caregivers seem to be a better match and equipped to deal with some of the more challenging dynamics associated with dementia. I have recommended them to other friends and colleagues who have also been very satisfied.
