We found that TheKey was a good choice for our elderly father. Gloria was a great Homecare person who went over and above doing extra chores and tasks that we asked her to take on. It was greatly appreciated Would recommend her!

I first became aware of TheKey a few years ago when a member of my extended family reached out to them for assistance. If all the staff and supervisors are as competent and caring as Nancy and her team, I can whole-heartedly recommend their services. Definitely deserving of a 5 star rating! rr

Our family has been working with TheKey for about 2 years, around the time our mother was diagnosed with cancer. From the start of our relationship with Brian Boxall and his team in the Winnipeg office, we have been impressed and appreciative with the level of professionalism, compassion and responsibility in the care our mother received. Our mother was a "reluctant" client, who did not want to accept that she needed assistance in order to stay in her home, but the folks at TheKey demonstrated nothing but kindness and patience with her. Ultimately, our mother developed deep bonds with one particular homecare aide, who continued to work with our mother even after she could no longer live independently. We are eternally grateful for the quality of care and the level of commitment the staff exhibited over the course of the last two years of our mother's life. With both my sister and I living out of the country, we can't imagine having been able to manage this difficult period without TheKey. Thank you again to Brian, Nancy, Dennis, Althea, and all the wonderful caregivers who made a difference in our mother's life.
