Thornbrook has always been very accommodating in dealing with the various stages of my mother's physical requirements and flexible when scheduling changes were needed. I felt they were reliable and professional and would recommend their services.

Our family engaged the live-in home services of Thornbrook after my sister who was 84 years old at the time suffered a cerebral haemorrhage. We are in our eleventh month with Thornbrook and we couldn't be more satisfied. The administrative and supervisory staff have been responsive, helpful and professional in all our contacts. The direct service provided by the two caregivers has been exemplary. They work as a team. One works and sleeps over four days a week. She has been with us from the very beginning and has been an incredible support for my sister. The second caregiver who does the remaining three days of the week is also excellent. They help my sister manage all aspects of her daily routine and go everywhere with her. She enjoys them and trusts them and our family has total confidence in these wonderful caregivers. They have brought us a great measure of relief.

I wanted to compliment Thornbrook on the care they've provided my mom for many years now. They've adapted to her changing care needs over the years and always provided professional and personal care. When the regular psw wasn't able to work, they seamlessly arranged for someone else to work, providing invaluable peace of mind.
