My father in law asked to be place in here against my better judgement. He remembered it from over 30 years ago. Before it got run down and no upgrades. They took the rooms that were for 4 patients and decided it in two. Tiny areas for 2 beds and dressers. Shared bathroom for 4. Portable airconditioners that took up part of the room. While visiting we were lucky to see a nurse, PSW or any staff in 2hours. Just to see how he was doing. If he was put into his wheelchair for breakfast he never got out back to bed till late afternoon. So he chose to stay in bed. He didn't go get COVID, RSV, gastro or influenza. What ge caught was a cold. His cough was so bad we thought he would pass away as he couldn't catch his breath. It was 5 days before he was seen by a dr. He never recovered after that. He was put into palliative care. We were told that we would be notified when he when his end was near. At least 2 hrs prior. We were notified he passed. Don't let this happen to your loved one.

I visited as a family friend to see a resident and was thoroughly impressed with Sierra's professionalism and dedication. She mentioned she was part of the recreation department, but she truly went above and beyond in her role. Not only did she ensure the residents were well cared for, but she also took the time to assist me and make sure I had everything I needed. Exceptional work ethic and commitment!

If you care about your loved one, DON'T take them here!! My family member only needed a place to be cared for after his wife died. He is now in a vegetative state. NO COMMUNICATION from staff!! I always have to check that he's still alive when I go visit. HUGE staffing change over!! Thought it might be better with new staff, now it's MUCH worse!!!
