I am writing to share my excellent experience with Vcare 24/7 Agency and to give my highest recommendation to Mr. Jay and his team of PSWs. The PSWs from Vcare 24/7 provide exceptional, reliable, and compassionate care. They are always polite, respectful, punctual, and very attentive to clients' needs. They perform their work with great care, patience, and professionalism, and they make clients feel safe and well-supported at all times. This excellent standard of care is a direct reflection of Jay's outstanding leadership. Jay is an exceptional manager - caring, easy to communicate with, and fully dedicated to clients' needs. He carefully selects his staff, regularly checks to ensure satisfaction, and if there is ever an issue, he responds immediately and works tirelessly until everything is resolved perfectly. We have had 3 regular caregivers from VCare 247 for my father and all have been caring, smart, capable, pro-active, hard-working and qualified PSWs. The service the agency provides is dependable, with prompt and clear communication. I would highly recommend VCare 247 to anyone seeking reliable, quality care for a loved one.
