  I apologize to Kevin for taking so long to write this review. I am a procrastinator. Kevin took my son and I on a marvellous tour of Chateau Renoir. He answered our every question. Kevin is very personable. We shared many amusing anecdotes. My son and I were very impressed that Kevin knew everyone's name and had a personal comment to make to each one. As we went around the facility, my son and I would ask questions of the residents and the staff. Invariably, everyone had great things to say about Chateau Renoir as a place to live and work. Some of the employees had been there many years which impressed my son and I. We felt this was one of the best indicators of a great place.Kevin had a story and/or information about every room we looked into. He did such a good job of representing Chateau Renoir that he moved my retirement residence plan up a year. I am 99% sure that I will be moving into one of their 2 bedroom suites by next August with my two little dogs. Thanks again Kevin for the wonderful tour and great lunch.

  My family and I faced a tough challenge when our mother fell ill suddenly and needed to move out of her home into a place that offered her the supports she needed to thrive. We visited the Chateau Renoir and were toured around (a few times) by Kevin, who made us (and more importantly, our mother) feel welcome. He answered all our questions and was incredibly kind. Due to circumstances outside of the Chateau’s control, we had to make another selection for our mother’s accommodation. Even after that decision, Kevin kept in touch to check on how our mother was doing and offer support. He was also extremely helpful in helping us source an accommodation that better suited her needs. After a period of time, our mother’s health improved to the point where we decided a change to her living situation was needed, and we reached back out to Kevin. He was incredibly responsive and helped us find a beautiful suite for our mother in short order. Kevin is the best, that Chateau wouldn’t be what it is without him!

  Many thanks to Kevin Calpas who has been very easy to work with, caring, punctual and attentive in every way. This residence has been welcoming to my mother, who will be moving in, since we first stepped in the door, and has gone above and beyond in many ways. We’ve found the food to be excellent too.
