Many thanks to Kevin Calpas who has been very easy to work with, caring, punctual and attentive in every way. This residence has been welcoming to my mother, who will be moving in, since we first stepped in the door, and has gone above and beyond in many ways. We’ve found the food to be excellent too.

My father spent 7 wonderful years at the Chateau Renoir and he loved the place. Elegant, fantastic staff and great activities. It was a great comfort to the family that he was so happy and safe as he aged. I will always thank the Renoir for his stay there.

From the moment we arrived for a personal walk-through, we were welcomed with warmth and professionalism. The residence itself is stunning—elegant common areas, a vibrant social calendar, and beautifully designed suites that feel like home. A special thank you to Kevin Calpas, whose kindness made a lasting impression. At the very last minute, he upgraded Bev’s suite from a bachelor to a one-bedroom, and it absolutely made her day. That thoughtful gesture reflected the genuine care and attention that defines Chateau Renoir. If you're looking for a senior’s home that treats residents like family and goes above and beyond in every way, Chateau Renoir is the place to be.
