My name is Joan and I've lived here for about 6 months. I enjoy living here for the simple fact everyone makes it easy to live here. The food is great, the entertainment is fabulous always something happening at the venvi here at Edgemont. From live performances to documentary that I learn a lot from. Another great thing about living here is I don't have to clean my room Or make my own bed. It's done for me daily. Clean environment. The staff is very friendly and go out of their way to make sure your happy and well taken care of. I highly recommend this venvi for any other seniors looking to live here.

The staff are wonderful when I come to visit. There are always issues wherever you go but the staff here are determined to help their residents stay comfortable and rectify any issues promptly. At this moment in time, our family member needs more care then the home can provide so the staff are currently working with us to find the best solution for their needs. Our family member is sad to hear this news. They loved the meals and different selection the home provided daily. The quality of food is above average. (Better than anything I can cook and has substitutions for all dietary restrictions! 😉) Edgemont also offers many other services like outings, active living workshops and social events. They even have a salon where the residents can have their hair and nails done. They also have connections in the community for services that are out of their scope, like nail care for diabetics. You can book them to come in and care for your loved one per appointment. This was very useful for us since I do not live in this province. We hope we can provide the same excellent review when we move to the next level of care home. Thank you for everything. 🙏

Our family has had a wonderful experience at Venvi Edgemont assisted living. The staff are exceptional, kind, caring, and always willing to go the extra mile to make residence feel comfortable and valued. The food is delicious with a great variety of meals that our dad enjoys. One of the things that dad appreciates is the music and entertainment. From the moment we walked through the doors, we were impressed by the warm, welcoming and friendly atmosphere. The biggest difference has been seeing how much our dad‘s health and happiness improved after moving into the Venvi Edgemont. Dad truly feels at home! Knowing he is in such capable and compassionate hands gives our family tremendous peace of mind. We are incredibly grateful to the entire team and would highly recommend Venvi Edgemont to anyone looking for a caring and supportive assisted living community.
