This location is closed. When I was initially contacted about the transition they said it would remain open. They cancelled my 6 month check up meeting without even notifying me. They followed up now by text and asked if I was still available for a meeting and when I confirmed date and time they said that location was no longer open, the appointment was already cancelled and I would have to rebook at another location. I tried online but times are limited and at inconvenient times so I called and just got a recorded message so left my number to call back. Its been 30 minutes and still no call back. They have the same number for 4 locations so who knows where they are even situated. Terrible customer service so I would look at other clinics for your sleep apnea needs. I think that is what I will be forced to do as location not as convenient now which was the only thing they had going for them.

I cannot believe how good their customer service is. I was not able to meet the pick up times due to my work schedule. Greg then asked where I live and I said unfortunately Cochrane. He said no problem I work out there sometimes and can drop it off. And he did. Then while I was at work he called and said he would come by to pick it up. I can’t say enough great things about how they handle their customer service. I highly recommend
