From the start, their team was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and easy to deal with. They took the time to clearly explain how the machine works, how to properly fit and use the mask, and answered every question without making me feel rushed. What really stood out was their customer service. They genuinely care about helping you get the right setup for a good night’s sleep. If something didn’t feel quite right, they were quick to help adjust, troubleshoot, and make sure everything was comfortable and working properly. The entire process was simple, clear and the staff is very helpful with any concerns during the sleep study and initial trial of the equipment. I would 100% recommend this office!

Wasn’t sure about my breathing and snoring at night. After my night testing found out my average events I would stop breathing 35 times in an hour (Severe). Just finished my 21 day trial and averaged events are down to less than 4 events per hour!! My wife and family thank you for looking out for my healthcare!!!
