The only reason why this place is open is because Dr Shukla refers them. Customer service is non-existent for ODSP patients, who are treated like third-class. I was disappointed in their choice of delivery service which didn't get a name or a signature for the delivery. I was disappointed that Maggas shipped the contents of my order in an open bag. I compared them to Domino's Pizza, who at least box your goods, and hand deliver the box or get a name for the delivery. They delete all negative posts and lead one to believe that they are dealing with a reputable business.

My experience was excellent. Ramsha was very good at explaining everything I needed to know and answering my questions. She helped me choose the best equipment based on my needs - you can tell she is very well informed on the subject. 5 stars!

I really had a quality service and guidance from Ramsha who is very professional and diligent. She took the time to explain me step by step how to use the cpap and do claims with insurances.
