I was a bit apprehensive to get a CPAP machine and put it off for several months after sleep study. When I met Anik I immediately felt at ease. She patiently answered my questions and was knowledgeable and professional. When I left I felt much better and confident about the sleep therapy. I purchased the equipment rather than doing a trial, because I finally realized that I really needed it. Thanks so much. Theresa Gagnon

I had such a great experience at the Orleans location getting a CPAP machine for my dad. The front desk staff and Anick were honestly amazing. They were kind, helpful, so empathetic, and really understanding of the situation we were in. My dad was recovering from surgery and we were stressed and trying to figure everything out, and they really showed up for us when we needed help most. They took all of our concerns seriously, answered all of our questions, and never made us feel rushed or dismissed. They were also super fast and efficient, which made a huge difference for us during a really overwhelming time. We honestly can’t recommend this place enough. They’ve earned our trust when it comes to our dad’s care, and we have nothing but good things to say about our experience.

I dealt with Anick. Extremely pleasant and knowledgeable women. She took the time with me to pick the best mask suitable to my sleeping habits. She provided me all the necessary details to help make a decision on which machine to purchase. Lastly, she walked me through all the features of the machine, answered all my questions and provided guidance for the insurance reimbursement. First night was great. Comfortable, light-weight mask. Looking forward to many more great sleeps.
