Leaving a new review as I deleted my previous 1 star review. The pharmacy has immensely improved with their customer service and communication. The pharmacist I previously had concerns with appears to no longer work at the pharmacy. Staff are lovely and helpful.

I don’t know what’s happened to this pharmacy. I used it for three years, with excellent results, but in the last 6 months the quality of dispensing has decreased exponentially, to the point that I’m moving my (expensive) prescriptions. A certain compound that I have been prescribed for over a decade suddenly has air bubbles in the dosing mechanisms, and I only receive a fraction of what it should be. I’ve taken the medication in and complained, and no improvement. It’s too stressful to deal with this company. Thank goodness there are other compounding pharmacies in Victoria.
