  Thank you for getting me going with my new CPAP machine! Very helpful staff, had my results back within 48 hours of dropping off the testing unit. Easy to work with, absolutely recommended.

  Last month, my doctor referred me to a sleep clinic for a Level 3 sleep test. The clinic listed on the referral was far from my house, so I stopped by this clinic instead since it was conveniently located next to DynaLife. When I went in, I showed them my referral and asked if they could book me. The staff receptionist and East Indian gentleman told me they usually get people in very quickly and said that if my doctor transferred the referral to them, they could potentially book me the same day or the next day. Based on that information, I called my doctor’s office and had the referral transferred to them immediately. However, once the referral was transferred and I called to book, I was told the earliest appointment available was about 2 weeks away. This was very surprising, considering I had just been told I could get in right away. Since the clinic was close to my home and the referral had already been transferred, I agreed and booked the appointment anyway, taking a day off work to attend. Today Two days before my appointment, they called to cancel because they “didn’t have enough equipment” and needed to reschedule for the following week. I had already taken time off work specifically for this appointment. At that point, I decided to book with a different clinic instead. I’m disappointed by the misleading information and poor planning. If an appointment is booked for Friday, I don’t understand how the clinic only realizes on Wednesday that they don’t have the necessary equipment. This reflects disorganization and a lack of respect for patients’ time. I will not suggest going to this clinic Update: Just got a call from the clinic and they told me note they have 3 open spots for tomorrow magically as soon as they realized I am thinking of going with a different provider.

  Nadine the respirarory therapist explained in detail the initial sleep study results. Recommensed the appropriate maxhine, mask etc to make the usage of the unit as smooth as possible. Excellent customer sercice by all the staff members , and the cheerfull and friendly attitude of the receptionist Hannah. I would rexommwnd this facility to all
