I'm 81 and active. Bought a Taubik Blackburn TL ebike before Christmas from the Oshawa store. Great service setting the ebike up. I've been riding trails every weekend since spring and cannot be happier with the ebike. Handles beautifully, control commands function very well. The kilometres fly by. My occasional question answered clearly by store staff.

Wow, what an experience I got my dream car now I can drive again thanks to Farhan and the folks at easy rides in the Oshawa Center. Not only did Farhan set me up with this awesome ride. He actually set up my business Facebook page. I want to say that Ferran is the best. I would say that there’s no one any better. It’s nice to be important but more important to be nice thanks Farhan my friend.

Was a great experience when I was originally buying my e-bike answered all my questions. But a week after I bought it my bike got knocked over and my battery stopped charging when I asked what to do to get it fixed they gave me the wrong information to go about it told me to text the number they sent me with pictures and explanation about what happened waited 2 days with no response tried calling the store 9 times in 1 day no answer and no call back. Thankfully I called the number they gave me even when they told me specifically not to call it and the lady over the phone gave me all that proper information I needed to get my bike fixed. And to top it all off after I noticed my battery wouldn't charge my unit was built with rusty parts.
