  We switched to First Care Pharmacy in the last few months and have found them to be exceptional. Sam and his team do a fantastic job. They truly care about you, your health and the experience you have in getting your prescriptions. They always have time to discuss prescriptions and questions you may have. Moreover they can deal with complex health issues, multiple prescriptions and can fill them on short notice. Really appreciate them and highly recommend. Should have switched to First Care years ago!

  I have been a patient of First Care Pharmacy for many years - pretty much since the pharmacy's inception. This small pharmacy, as opposed to others in big box or chain stores, offers all of the services a patient would need with the added bonus that your pharmacist is able to greet you in most instances by your first name, recalls your pharmacy circumstances and values your support and patronage. Without exception, I have been provided with the highest standard of pharmacy intervention at First Care. To say that the pharmacists at First Care go above and beyond in delivering clinical and community pharmacy services in a kind, empathic and proficient manner would be an immense understatement. One of the principal reasons for making the above-mentioned remarks relates to Samantha’s professional pharmacy practice. Samantha is an outstanding pharmacist who treats her patients with the same care, concern and compassion that she does as a mother to her children. Samantha is exceedingly generous and thoughtful in sharing her abundant knowledge, experience and expertise with her patients. I know this as a fact because I have observed and encountered her pharmacy actions and activities on an ongoing, frequent and continual basis over the years. Samantha starts where the patient is at and moves at his/her pace. She explores the needs of the patient and explains available medication and health care options and alternatives. She presents information in ways that takes into account the patient’s particular circumstances, medical/pharmacy history and individual differences/priorities. Her strong patient centred focus and her personable, attentive and affable disposition coupled with her adherence to rigorous clinical and ethical pharmacy standards means that her delivery of pharmacy assistance and services are conducted in a safe, effective and timely manner. It is therefore, without equivocation, that I strongly and unreservedly recommend Samantha a wonderful pharmacist at First Care Pharmacy to fulfill all of your pharmacy needs and requirements.
