My CPAP suddenly stopped working and I was panicking. I spoke to a very kind and helpful woman on the phone who assured me they would do everything they could to help me. I went in and Candace determined it was just a piece of rubber blocking the power port. Crisis averted!! I am so grateful for their help! She even offered to let me borrow a power cord if mine was not working. They really went above and beyond to help me, and only 10 minutes before they closed! Everyone was absolutely lovely 😊

The service was exceptional! Patti was especially amazing. She answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns with professionalism and care. Her assistance made the entire experience wonderful.

Brenda was knowledgeable, friendly and determined. She made sure I knew all of the options available to me, since I've been struggling to find a comfortable mask. She also made sure that my machine was set properly. The office was clean and well stocked. Overall a great experience!
