Highly recommended for all CPAP needs. I had concerns and having a quick response from Juliana, she offered a very reasonable solution for this issue. The appointment with respiratory consultant Sarah for machine setup and explanation was a pleasure and she made sure I was fully comfortable with my selection. Appreciate the great work to you both, AAA+ service. Definitely will be a returning client.

If you’ve ever stared down a CPAP machine thinking, “Great... another device that’s going to judge me while I sleep,” let me tell you about Vartika at VitalAire – Kitchener. She handled my new CPAP needs with the calm confidence of someone who’s seen it all, and somehow still likes people. No panic, no jargon avalanche, no salesy nonsense. Just clear explanations, actual listening, and a reassuring vibe that said, “Relax. You’re going to breathe just fine.” Vartika broke everything down without making me feel like an idiot, answered questions I didn’t even know I had, and somehow made a medical appointment feel… pleasant. That’s not supposed to happen. That’s like finding great coffee at a gas station, rare, beautiful, and worth telling people about. I walked out better informed, properly set up, and oddly optimistic about sleeping with a machine strapped to my face. That doesn’t happen by accident. That happens because someone gives a damn. If you’re heading to VitalAire in Kitchener and Vartika’s the one helping you, congratulations, you’ve already won. Thank you Vartika!

Zara did a great job walking me through how to use the CPAP machine, mask, and app. She patiently answered my calls and questions every time. I compared prices with other providers, and VitalAire is quite competitive in the KW area. The only suggestion I would make for management is to review the Advanced Care Plan fees.
