In 2018 my order for a new CPAP machine was never processed. The staff member at the store received my recent sleep study report, but did not pursue applying to the government for partial payment for the device and complete the order. I was told to not call her and wait for her to call me. I was never contacted. After the pandemic I gave up on the process and continue to use my old machine. Should I report this to the government?

A week ago I visited this location to receive my first CPAP. I meet with Israel. He was extremely professional. Knew his stuff. Shared tons of information.. Made sure I understood and easily answered any questions. He reminded me several times I was welcome to call or visit with any concerns. Customer service is at times not the best. You cannot say that about Israel. I appreciate the knowledge and support.A job well done. Thank you. E Mihm
