I’ve had Knightwatch Alarms for many years and have always had great response and help whenever I called. This year I upgraded my old system to the newer mobile system and Noah came to do that. He was very efficient and so pleasant (and patient with my questions). I was amazed how quickly it was done. Thank you Knightwatch and thank you Noah.

We had such a pleasant experience setting up our alarm system and Ring camera with Knightwatch Security. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and professional. Terry was amazing from the very first phone call, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of my questions. Then Noah came in to complete the setup, and he was so patient and helpful. He walked us through how to use the system, set everything up on our phones, and made sure we fully understood how everything worked before leaving. He never rushed us and genuinely wanted to make sure we felt comfortable and confident using the system. You can truly tell that everyone on this team is proud of what they do. It shows in their work, their attitude, and the way they treat their customers.
