Senior Protection was very easy to work with. They started calling as soon as I purchased the watch to make sure it was set up and ready to use right away. The agent was patient, walked through everything, and made sure that we didn't have any questions. They didn't go through the complete agreement or how to cancel it but a previous agent did mention all these things so that was helpful. My only recommendation is that the terms and conditions should be discussed every time. My mom is super happy to have the device and the piece of mind that comes with it. Hopefully she'll never have to use it!

I had hired Senior Protection and they are not professional at all my uncle fell down twice and it took 35 rings from the monitor box to answer I sent them their equipment back and stopped payment from my bank they were very rude when I told them I was canceling my account but were so nice during the original sales call save your self aggravation and shop around but I would strongly advise not doing business with this company

Very profesional, easy to understand the technology, easy to set up the device, contact list easy to alter at any time, peace of mind at a reasonable rate, we opted for the watch, sharp looking watch with a heart rate monitor, built in.
