    I had an excellent experience with Lifeline. The representative Tracy Liu who assisted me was polite, courteous, and incredibly efficient. She was very customer-focused and made what was a difficult and stressful situation so much easier to manage. Her personable approach immediately made me feel comfortable and less overwhelmed. It’s rare to receive such compassionate and professional service, and I truly appreciated her support. I would absolutely recommend Lifeline to others and want to recognize the outstanding service Tracy provided. Thank you Tracy for making such a positive difference during a challenging time.

    So far not too impressed, they were very attentive at first but once got my payment information they are not responsive. I requested that they email a confirmation of the quote we agreed upon on the phone and have not received anything except an email to fill this out. I left 2 voicemails and now they are not calling back. I want to send my mom and family a confirmation of the agreement plus I like having things in writing. I am very disappointed. Further, I can't imagine an elderly person trying to negotiate with them, they started extremely high in price and when I asked why they were so much higher compared to their competitors , I immediately got a rate much lower, matching their competition. Make sure you shop around! We will see what happens next... I requested to have the system installed, at a cost, and to be sent to the installer and have him make an appointment when received... Hopefully this happens properly.... The fact that they have this service was why I chose them to be my mother's lifeline provider. Update: The unit has arrived and has been installed. Jim, the installer, was very pleasant, punctual and my mom was very happy with his service. I have an email confirmation now of pricing and received a follow up call earlier this week. I did have to provide emergency contacts as I was never asked. So hopefully it is set up well in the backend. We will see....

    always takes a long time to get to someone! complaint never works! manager never gets back to calls! failures after failures... failed to detect falls, failed to respond promptly, failed to save lives! Don't ever trust this company... they only cares about profits, never the people! Management is a joke! FALSE promise, FALSE alarms, FALSE hope! Stay Away from Lifeline to Save you Life!
