Sharon Liao at SafeTech provided a quote very quickly when we inquired. She answered our questions timely and adjusted the quote as requested. Jerry, the technician on site, was very professional and did a thorough check on every contact point of the security sensor. The job was done well and any of our questions were answered with great patience. We are happy with the installation. Hope we will be happy with the service too.

I've been with SafeTech since 2023 after wanting to switch from Telus to a genuinely locally owned alarm system provider. I couldn't be happier with my choice. For these last three years, SafeTech has given me 100% reliably excellent service. Recently, I upgraded my system, and the new installation went smoothly, as expected. The technician, Jonathan, worked efficiently and in an extremely detailed manner. And many thanks to Sharon for being an excellent manager and coordinator.

In January 2026, I had Safe Tech Security Company upgrade and monitor my security system. I made the change from TELUS after 15 years since as of late, I experienced very poor service from TELUS. The customer service at Safe Tech was very professional and provided all the answers I needed that convinced me to make the change. As well, the field tech who visited my home was very knowledgeable and did a tidy job. The monitoring Station at safe Tech is very prompt in responding to alarms. I am very pleased with safe Tech services. Keep up the good work team.
