Horrible customer service!! Been over two weeks for a call back. When you call back you just keep getting bounced around and never a clear answer. Pricing keeps changing. No letter received nor an option given if we wanted to join them being that we were Bell customers. To break contract being we were with Bell. They want over $800.00 ridiculous. Panel keeps saying its H -8 and L-14 with light snow. Meanwhile its feeling like 26 outside!

Terrible experience with this company. They are scammers. I was a bell smart home customer for years. Once it switched to API the service went down hill. I have sent multiple emails trying to cancel my service but they will not respond. Iv tried calling many times but they pick up then hang up the phone right away. They won't let me cancel my service and keep sending my bills. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Shame on bell for putting their customers though this!

I had a very disappointing experience dealing with this company. The main issue was not just billing, but the lack of clarity, inconsistent communication, and disputed charges for services that I did not believe were properly authorized or performed as represented. At one point, I was informed that there was an outstanding balance and “final invoice,” while in another communication I was told that “the matter is closed.” This created unnecessary confusion and forced me to spend significant time trying to resolve the issue. I also disputed the company’s claims regarding technician work and system setup, as the original installation/setup had already been completed previously through Bell before this company took over the account. Despite multiple conversations, I was never provided with clear supporting documentation such as: * signed authorization, * approved work orders, * or sufficient proof supporting the disputed charges. As a customer, I expected transparency, professionalism, and clear communication. Unfortunately, this experience became unnecessarily stressful and time-consuming. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering this company carefully review all agreements, invoices, and service authorizations in writing before proceeding.
