Referred by my doctor. The young clinical staff was a little short with me when I arrived for my appointment. I didn't feel welcomed. As a former health professional, not the most professional experience. Would not recommend, as looking online their pricing is high. More interested in collecting my cash, then servicing my needs.

FIVE STAR SERVICE ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I went into Liberty recently with a very urgent and specific need that I wasn't sure could be accommodated, especially on a Saturday of a long weekend. The staff person on duty contacted the store owner who contacted another person and together they were able to meet my need in a timely manner. Every person involved was polite, professional, and very helpful. To say they went above and beyond is an understatement. I highly recommend this store for your medical equipment needs.
