The receptionists are nice but the pharmacist was not very efficient and defensive. My prescription of literally 2 pills took 40 min to get. The pharmacist said they are always short staffed on Saturdays which sounds like something they can address if it’s an ongoing issue.

I’ve never been to this pharmacy before, and unfortunately, I already encountered a very negative experience. My naturopath sent a prescription here and informed me that I would receive a phone call to go over the details and confirm whether the prescription would be covered by my insurance. I received a call from this location from Sheryl, but the interaction was unpleasant due to her passive-aggressive and condescending tone. I’m leaving a 1-star review because of the way I was spoken to. The attitude was unnecessary and unprofessional. Sheryl said I needed to have an appointment booked with my naturopath in order to have the prescription filled, something that completely contradicted what my naturopath had explained. My naturopath by the way wants to ensure my prescription would be covered before moving forward. The call felt like a waste of time and came with unnecessary attitude. Disappointing experience.

We live in the interior but have also picked up locally, and both experiences have been nothing but positive. The service they provide is a life saver for renal patients all over the Province. The staff is always friendly and help out with any questions that we have had. I would not hesitate to use or recommend them.
