Note: They serve and deliver across the Lower Mainland! I've had so much trouble with other pharmacies, especially the big names that all of us would be familiar with. I might just have bad luck with them, but it was a constant stream of issues of missed faxes, scripts, miscommunications, delays, stock issues, etc. Mednow, however, has been a breath of fresh air. They are easy to stay in touch on their app, and easy to track the progress of your prescription being prepared every step of the way. They even communicate with your doctor on your behalf if there are any issues to be clarified! Regular insurance covers everything, so this hasn't cost me anything extra. This is exactly what healthcare should feel like in 2025. Please keep doing what you are doing! You've set the gold standard for other providers to follow.

i have used Mednow pharmacy on and off for couple years and the latest dealing with them reaffirm of their excellent service and really impressed me. i was out of the country and had to arrange to have all of my overdued Rx prepared and picked up and having my vaccine shots done at the same instore visit. When i arrived i found that everything was ready for me and things went smoothly without a cliche and no wait at all comparing to the long wait for other retail drugstores. I would highly recommend them.

Sheena at Mednow has been nothing short of amazing. I never even thought about online pharmacy and only thought of the brick and mortar stores. I had difficulty with refills due to shortages and instead of calling each big pharmacy I wondered if there was an online alternative. I found Mednow and Sheena has been so responsive and friendly it’s like another level of customer service. Don’t get me wrong, pharmacy people are good but very transactional. When I spoke to Sheena at Mednow in Vancouver she was great with customer service and thanked be for being a customer. Just a little more upper level than your regular pharmacy. Thank you Sheena.
