I have received very good service at the Medigas McPhillips location in Winnipeg. The service person I worked with is Aditya Mahara. He has been very responsive to all my questions and done a lot of follow up to ensure my concerns and questions have been answered. He continues to work with me to resolve my concerns about how my mask fits and whether my travel CPAP is working as it should. He is doing all he can to ensure my CPAP is comfortable so that I will continue to use it. The ONLY reason I am not providing a 5 star review is not under Adi's control. In order to find a mask that works, I have had to buy a mask, new hose for my regular CPAP and for my travel CPAP. If these don't work I am unable to exchange or return the hoses, making this a very expensive test. That said, I am happy with the service.

Adi is awesome!! He’s a very knowledgeable and patient fellow!! I’ve had a couple amazing experiences with him for getting my CPAP mask replacements and I hope to keep on seeing him!! Thank you!! :)

I was at Medigas on 5/15/2026. The ladies at the front desk were personable, helpful, and knowledgeable. They helped me replace the damaged parts of my CPAP machine. I had a great night's sleep as a result. Thank you!
