Edit: I went today as planned with an explanation that I have to leave sooner than expected. Emmanuel does know his job and does it very well. He was fast efficient and I was out. The phones are an issue and they know this. They've had IT take a look only to not get good service on their end. For that, I appologise. I've changed my rating to five stars. Much deserved. As Chantal below mentioned, no one answers their phones and the voicemail is full. I need to get a hold of someone for answers and that is not professional. Clearly, this is an issue. But, a standard, thanks for your review, was given.

Stopped in after a recommendation from an existing client. Emmanuel was super friendly and did his absolute best to make sure I found everything I needed. Because of this and location, I will have no problem referring people or returning for my CPAP needs.
