I have had to deal with Medigas for my father who is declining and in his final stages of life, and I can whole heartedly say that Medigas has gone above and beyond to accommodate him and his oxygen needs. That said, I would like to take a second to acknowledge the kindness, the compassion and the desire to help from Gord. Every week he comes to my home and refills our tanks and helps me out with my father's needs. Gord is the type of person every company dreams about having, especially companies that have customer facing position. He is kind, polite, compassionate and most of all, wants to help. If there was more people like Gord in this world, we would all be living in a much better society. I would also like to specifically thank the respiratory therapist, Aman. She has worked with me and my father and pushed for us to get the right equipment and needs to handle my father's final stages of life. She continues to advocate for her clients and I appreciate all that she has done for me and my family. I can assure you that if you have the pleasure of dealing with Gord and Aman, your medigas experience will be 5+ stars! Thank you Gord, Aman and Medigas team! You have made a difficult time, just a little bit easier for us!
