The staff are amazing and are very helpful & polite. They explain how to use the cpap machine and how to clean it properly very well.

The plate on my CPAP mask broke. The manufacturer does not sell the. For sale as a single peice. A few months ago I bought a bag of replacement mask cushions not realizing that the silly small plastic connectors didn't come with. When I came in to the store and explained my situation the let me know that it does not get sold separate, however..they gave me a piece from an old lender the were retiring and didn't charge me anything. Much appreciated.
