I’ve had an excellent experience with MedPro so far. Tina from the very first phone call has been wonderful to work with and is incredibly responsive. She’s knowledgeable and has been very helpful with the process of buying a CPAP machine and dealing with my insurance company. I was able to reach out, book an appointment and walk out with my machine and mask in only 2 days which is phenomenal. Nate was just as excellent to work with. In only a half hour appointment he walked through how the machine works, care and use of the equipment. He also demonstrates extremely well how much he cares for the patient and wants them to have a great experience and has assured me he will be reaching out regularly to make sure it’s going well. I highly recommend MedPro to anyone considering respiratory therapy.
