We live in Stony Plain and tried to deal with a clinic closer to us to buy Airminis but it was a massive headache. We decided to stick with medpro as we had used them back in BC and used this office once when we moved here to discuss a potential warranty claim on my regular machine. When I visited them to discuss the warranty issue, Tyson and his team were great. After the massive headache with the clinic closer to me, I decided to inquire with Tyson about getting the Airminis. He was amazingly helpful and did everything via email/text with me because that’s what worked best. When we went in to purchase, him and his staff were again amazing. Tyson is super funny and just a great person. We will continue to use medpro for our CPAP needs!

Med Pro is the 2nd respiratory company I have dealt with and the difference is like day and night. MedPro Therapist Kelton explained everything to me, made sure I understood. Equipment is superior to stuff I had from the other company and costs less. I can't say enough good about this company and their staff.
