My experience with Ontario Sleep Care was excellent. As a new CPAP user, I was initially a bit nervous, but Mike provided clear and thorough instructions that immediately put me at ease. The customer service was very good, as well as the follow-up throughout the trial period. The purchasing process was quick and seamless. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from OSC and would highly recommend them.

I highly recommend this business. The staff there cares and take the time to provide quality service. I was working with Mike and he was very responsive to my questions as it was my first time working through a number of issues. He went above and beyond to accommodate my requests. Additionally, I am happy to know that they will support me and the products I have purchased from them in the future. I look forward to working with them again!

Michael (Mike) Donnelly is the best! If you live in Ottawa and need to get a machine for sleep apnea, Mike is the person you need to speak to! I felt overwhelmed last month when I had to get a sleep apnea machine. I snore very loud! Mike was very patient answering my questions and showing me how to use the machine. He also explained what the AHI is on my sleep study test results-even my sleep doctor didn't explain it throughly like Mike did! I had two follow up appointments with him as I had A LOT more questions and had a hard time adjusting wearing a mask. He provided me with a slightly smaller mask, which is working out better. Mike was always patient with me and I'm not feeling tired in the afternnon/evenings like I did in the past! I'm moving to Montreal in a few months and Mike said he can still be my contact for my machine and where I can get replacement items (like the hose and mask), as well as cleaning supplies. This is going to be very helpful for me. Mike is located at the location on Woodward Drive in Ottawa. I highly recommend him!
