  Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They “winterized our tub” as they advised us it was the best option until getting a part replaced. Come to find out they did not properly winterized the lines and all of our pumps turn d into blocks of ice and now we keep getting the run around for weeks saying someone is sick or the weather is too cold when it’s only -2, list goes on and on.. the amount of time spend trying to resolve this issue is insane.. they were very response up until the issue arrived that was caused by their service expert. They have now again this morning rescheduled and will not answers calls or messaged we just get directed straight to voicemail, do not use them ! If you deal With fix my hot tub they are also directly officiated with each other ( all the same people) so steer clear of both of these companies. We have found the warehouse guys have an amazing service team and amazing communication. Highly recommend switching to them if you don’t already use them. Here are some picture of what they left our tub like. All pumps looked like this except 1 that seems to have been drained correctly. Again this is just the start of all the headaches cause from these companies

  We purchased a Hot tub last month from the Wellness Shop in London and have been enjoying it ever since! Our family of 5 outgrew our old one and are super happy we can all go in and enjoy it again together a couple of times a week. Michael was great from the very start in the store! It took the exact amount of time they said it would take to get made and then it was boomed in some very professional guys! Thanks for all the great service!

  I DO NOT recommend this company for a hot tub purchase. I thought hey spending more $ for a name brand will ensure the quality will last, we'll I'm here to tell you the quality is not good. They have excellent sales team, will go above and beyond to help with any questions, any time, right up until the point they have your $$. Then, when issues start coming up they wash their hands of it. Cover got mold, waterlogged, broken clips, and took weeks of me fighting to get a replacement under warranty, then about 6 months to ship, then the one they sent as a warranty replacement is horrible quality as well and broke and now there is nothing they can do because it's based on the initial spa purchase date. The cover doesn't actually last the 3-5 years it states, both fell apart in year 1. The spa it's self had flo issues, heating stopped working dead of winter and couldn't get techs out for weeks so I had to put a space heater into it manually myself for weeks so the pipes wouldn't freeze and burst. The actual tech who fixed stuff was wonderful, but the company and quality of products, I do not recommend!!! Nor do they care to try and help. Save your $ and go with the competition.
