  I broke my shoulder in January 2026, which required surgery followed by physiotherapy. Krishna has been exceptional throughout my recovery, providing knowledgeable guidance, encouragement, and support every step of the way. At my most recent post-operative appointment, my surgeon was very impressed with my range of motion at this stage of my recovery. He commented that I am on track to make a full recovery and regain complete mobility in my shoulder. I am grateful for Krishna's expertise and the important role she has played in helping me achieve this progress.

  For those considering Alleviate Physiotherapy, I wanted to share my personal experience. First, I want to recognize the receptionist. She was consistently kind, professional, and welcoming. In fact, she was the reason I decided to give the clinic a second chance after my initial visit. The facility itself is clean, easily accessible, and has a pleasant atmosphere. My first appointment was for acupuncture. The practitioner spent considerable time reviewing my medical history and discussing my concerns, which I appreciated. However, there was very little explanation of the treatment itself or what I should expect, despite my informing him that I had never received acupuncture before. During the treatment, needles were placed in the front of my hands and feet. I found these areas extremely painful, and the needles were adjusted multiple times throughout the session, which increased my discomfort and anxiety. I also experienced significant bruising that lasted approximately two weeks. Had I been informed in advance about the placement, potential discomfort, and purpose of the treatment, I would have felt more prepared and better able to make an informed decision. Because I was seeking relief for menopausal hip pain and sciatic nerve irritation, I later booked an osteopathy appointment with Amit Dureja. Similar to my first visit, a significant portion of the appointment was spent gathering information, but I did not receive a clear explanation of the proposed treatment plan. When asked to provide consent for treatment involving contact with areas around my pelvis, I requested more specific information about where contact would occur and why it was necessary. I did not feel that my questions were answered clearly enough for me to provide informed consent. As a result, I chose not to proceed with treatment and ended the appointment. My overall concern with both experiences was a lack of clear communication regarding treatment methods, expected outcomes, and informed consent. Patients should feel fully informed and comfortable before treatment begins, especially when receiving a treatment for the first time or when sensitive areas may be involved. 06/24 - The manager called me, acknowledged my feedback, and offered a complimentary treatment and the opportunity to provide a better experience.

  My mom had vertigo and was experiencing dizziness and nausea. Dr. Bhavesh is very experienced and professional. He diagnosed her with BPPV and UVH. Her BPPV was successfully treated, and he also taught her exercises to help improve her UVH. My mom is feeling much better now and no longer experiences dizziness. We are very grateful for Dr. Bhavesh's help and care. The receptionist is also very friendly, and the clinic is clean and well maintained. Highly recommended
